单纯疱疹病毒的分离与鉴定虚拟仿真实验

本项目本着“能实不虚,虚实互补”的原则,针对病毒的分离培养与鉴定实验周期长、操作繁杂、实验环节不可逆及对实验室场地要求高等难题,以实体实验为基础,通过三维虚拟仿真技术,生动有趣地展示了实验内容,学生可身临其境地系统学习与病毒分离培养与鉴定相关的9个知识点和3大实验技术。平台采用多元化评价,对学生进行全方位考核,极大地提高了学生的学习兴趣和效率。


The project is in line with the principle “more practical, virtual and practical complement”, and aims to solve the problems such as long time of experiment cycle, complicated and irreversible operations, and requirements of high grade laboratory in the experiment of isolation and identification of  virus. On the basis of physical experiment, we developed 3D virtual simulation technology  to demonstrate the experiment vividly and interestingly, and to promote the students study the nine key knowledge points and three important experimental techniques immersively. The multivariate evaluation will highly improve the students' learning interest and efficiency.
